You will have access to your account as long as use is an active user of Averiware Free. |

What’s the catch?
Averiware Free is available to companies and non-profit organizations that would like to use the Averiware Free business application. We require each company and user to fill out a monthly questioner to give us feed back on our product in addition to let us know what your future spending plans maybe. This should take about 5 minutes. We also require companies that set up accounts to actually use the system. If we find that Averiware is not being used and has no transactions for a period of 30 day the account will become inactive. |

How does Averiware Free make money?
Averiware Free is supported by adverting revenue. In addition to this we do charge users if they require our help on the following areas, email support training or if they
exceed the storage limits. We do hope some of our customer will grow and move to our advertisement free version call Averiware. |

What are the costs involved in Averiware Free?
If your company requires help such as email support it is $10 per incident. Phone support and training is $55 per hour, additional storage is billed at $25 per month for 100 MB. However if you do not load documents and images on the web storefront this should be enough data space for most companies for a few years. |

Are you going to sell my email information?
No. We will send you an occasional email with information about the web site, the services being offered and changes that are made to the site. We also require a small survey to be filled out each month for each user. This is a short questioner that should take less than 5 minutes to fill out. |
